VW Group of America
Manager & Senior UX Designer

Dec 2019 - Present

Since joining the VW Group, my focus has shifted to user interaction design, customer research, user testing, product strategy, and management.

Currently, I lead a team that maintains consistency and implements new features across the Volkswagen and Audi owner portals (US and Canada). My role also includes facilitating design reviews with stakeholders and collaborating closely with product managers, product owners, developers, copywriters, and leadership.

Working in a scaled agile framework allows our UX team to partner alongside PMs and POs to prioritize design work, establish testing plans, and walk our dev teams through designs to make handoff as smooth as possible.
